What is a Private Equity Real Estate Fund?

Jamieson CAPEX Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) is an asset class consisting of equity and debt investments in property. Investments typically involve an active management strategy ranging from moderate reposition or releasing of properties to development or extensive redevelopment.

Investments will be made by Jamieson CAPEX Real Estate Fund, which pools capital from investors. This fund will have up to a ten-year life span consisting of a 2-3 year investment period during which properties are acquired and a holding period during which active asset management will be carried out and the properties will be sold.

OUR INVESTMENT STRATEGY

The cornerstone of Jamieson Capital PERE Funds investments strategy is our ability to apply our professional real estate expertise, experience and network to bring value to fragmented sectors experiencing growth but lacking capital efficiencies and sophisticated operational and investment focus.

We have a vertically integrated team of seasoned real estate professionals who average over 12 years of experience, including acquisitions and development, asset management, construction management, finance, legal, accounting and operations.

HOW TO INVEST

To become an investor, you must first speak with one of our representatives to determine whether you are qualified. Potential investors must be accredited and the investment must be suitable for their specific level of risk tolerance, expectations and portfolio holdings.

Accredited investors have either a net worth of $1 million (excluding the value of their primary residence), net income of $200,000 for the last two years and the expectation of receiving the same income during the current year for single investors, or net income of $300,000 over the same time period for married investors.
